Shield Alert: Free Kedrick Tucker from psychiatric imprisonment!

Kedrick Tucker is a songwriter who has been in psychiatric detention since June 21. He has not been told why he is being held; he believes that it was because he published complaints of abuse by psychiatrists. He is currently at Connecticut Valley Hospital (CVH), Battell Hall, 4 North and wants to be released immediately.

Call to Action: Contact key decision-makers at the hospital. Tell them that Kedrick is not a danger to himself or others and should be discharged immediately.

  1. Here’s what I wrote. I keep it brief as I think it’s more likely to be read is brief.

“Dear Dr. Subbarao and CEO Hyatt,

“Please release Kedrick Tucker, who has not committed a crime and is no danger to anybody. He wants his freedom back and there is no reason why he should not be free like the rest of us.

    “Thank you.

    • I wrote a short letter asking for the release of Kendrick and said he was not a danger to anyone
asked that they help him to flourish with his musical talent by giving him his freedom
I kept mine to a short paragraph
