Psychiatric survivors testify for SB 363 and SB 364.
MindFreedom Oregon is working with a number of other groups throughout Oregon for human rights and alternatives in the mental health system.

- News about supporting SB 363 and 364: These bills would put into law in Oregon the principles of self-determination. Oregon would finally have an office of mental health consumer affairs, an ombudsman office to handle complaints about Oregon’s mental health system, and support for a mental health consumer advisory council. If both pass, then medical personnel could give away private information from our protected medical records about mental health.
