WHEN IS THE TRAINING?

Thursday, June 11, 2009.

Please arrive early for check-in. Check-in will take place between 12:30 and 1 pm.

The training starts promptly at 1 pm.

Please wear the name tag provided at check-in throughout the training. To help community-building please try to choose a table with people you do not yet know.

The training ends at 5 pm.

You are warmly encouraged to stay afterwards if you wish to informally network with other participants and the presenters.

WILL THERE BE REFRESHMENTS?

Free light snacks and beverages will be provided.

Lunch will *NOT* be served, so please eat lunch before the training.

IS THE TRAINING ACCESSIBLE?

The Conference Center and main front entrance are all fully wheelchair accessible.

Sign interpreter service, assistive listening devices or alternative print format (Braille, large print, or electronic) are available with 72 hours notice.

HOW DO I PARK?

Covered parking is FREE for conference participants who are driving, with validation of your parking slip.

Drive in to the City of Eugene Overpark entrance near the northwest corner of 10th and Oak.

Take a slip from the machine as you enter. REMEMBER to get your slip validated at the training!

The Eugene Overpark has a wheelchair accessible elevator.

NOTE: While there is a skybridge on “Level 1 West” of the Eugene Overpark that allows pedestrian entry for conference participants into the DAC from the back, this back entry has steps and is NOT wheelchair accessible.

MAY I BRING A FRIEND WHO IS NOT YET REGISTERED?

We do hope to have other trainings in the future, including other areas of Oregon. Ask if you would like to have a training near you!
