“We had a 67% increase in attendance from last year (from 3 to 5), including a cameraman from Channel 13 News. We got rained on at 3:15 pm, which caused us to realize that there was no public toilet within 4 blocks in any direction — those of us who were left hopped on a city bus and went to the nearest grocery store for that purpose, which ended the event.  But it was lots of fun!  We got a 2-minute spot (from the cameraman) on the 6 pm Channel 13 News — but since I don’t have cable, I couldn’t tape it.  Some of my friends have seen it, and said it was pretty good.  Here’s a picture from my cellphone, we got 2 or 3 others on my film camera.  (Channel 13 is WLOS… they have a website, and will even make DVDs of broadcasts, but it was a $20 charge last I checked.)”
